Prosumer properties (solar PV): A4:2026 updated Section 722 to explicitly take account of prosumer electrical installations — premises that both consume and generate electricity (reference: Regulation 717.411.6.2(b)). Clifton and Arnold new builds increasingly have solar PV. Where a customer already has PV, assess generation, export, import, and protective device coordination before connecting the EV charger. Do not treat a prosumer installation as a standard import-only supply.
