A clamp meter (e.g. Fluke 369 FC) at the incoming MET measures live leakage; consider RCBO splitting.
03When using a Megger MFT1741+ for an insulation resistance test on a 230 V final circuit, the test voltage and minimum acceptable value (BS 7671 Table 64) are:
